Iqbal is the conceptual architect of NetworkChord. He is also in-charge of growth and finance.

Iqbal is passionate about collaboration, as a solution to ever increasing complexity. He envisions a world where everyone learns from everyone else in near real time, and people with complementary skills work together to solve complicated challenges irrespective of their time zones.

Collaboration over internet is an area where he sees a 'gaping' value gap…where great need and technology both exist, but we are constrained due to absence of creative business models. For instance, as a finance leader at General Electric, he was amazed by the difference in quality of collaboration within and outside a world class corporation. Though consumer internet was ahead on the technology curve (especially with Web 2.0), the enterprise was generally far more efficient in the productive usage of technology.

Apart from finance, Iqbal has worked in business development, knowledge management and outsourcing. He is a chemical engineer and an MBA, and in his free time he loves to play a wide variety of sports.

Maria is in-charge of development, project management, and the technology roadmap at NetworkChord.

She has spent over decade in various technology roles across a wide variety of companies. Roles in areas like project management, data warehousing, internet and software development.

Maria likes to keep-it-simple and stay customer-focused when looking at the development effort.

She has a bachelor's in organizational leadership and is proficient in a wide variety of computer languages and platforms.
